• < AROHA > Verification Method: Enter your name (the same as used for membership) and your 11-digit < AROHA >membership ticket reservation number in the fan club verification window.

※ For < AROHA >, all members of the MJ / JINJIN / CHA EUN-WOO / YOON SAN-HA fan clubs are eligible for < AROHA > advance ticket sales.

※ Regardless of whether < AROHA > fan club members registered on the Global or Korean reservation page, those who registered multiple times can only be authenticated using their most recent registration information.

• In this case, please note that even if you did not participate in the < AROHA > pre-sale, you will not be able to participate in the < HAMO > pre-sale either.

※ < AROHA > and < HAMO > pre-sales are integrated (Only one verification is allowed per ID).

- If verifying with your English name, please use uppercase letters without spaces. Your Korean or English names must exactly match the registered name for successful verification.

- Typos or incorrect information (e.g., using a language other than Korean/English or entering the wrong number of digits) will result in verification failure.

- Once verified, your ID does not need to be re-verified when you login again.

- After verification, you cannot change or re-verify your account. Deleting your Global Ticketlink account will also disable re-verification.

- If you do not complete verification during the fan club verification period, you will not be able to participate in the pre-sales and must wait for the general sale.

- If verification is completed on the Korean site, you must purchase tickets through the Korean reservation page. The same applies to the Global site.

- The organizers and ticketing platform are not responsible for any issues resulting from leakage or misuse of your verification information. Please manage your information carefully.

- If the information used during membership registration differs from the Ticketlink account used for reservation, you may not be eligible to receive fan benefits on-site. Responsibility lies with the purchaser.

STEP 2. Fan Club Pre-sale Ticketing

▶ Bank transfer is not available for fan club pre-sales.

[General Ticketing]

• General Ticketing: May 2, 2025 (Fri) 8:00 PM (KST) ~

▶ Up to 4 tickets per person per show (including pre-sale tickets)

▶ For bank transfer payments, payment must be completed by 11:59:59 PM on the day of reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled. 

▶ General ticketing is for remaining seats after fan club pre-sales. If sold out, general ticketing may not be available.

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]

• Reservation Period: May 3, 2025 (Sat) 10:00 AM (KST) ~

▶ Wheelchair-accessible seats can only be reserved by phone through the Global Ticket Link Service Center (1644-3850 (English only)), two tickets per person are allowed per show — one for the wheelchair user and one for a guardian.

▶ When making a wheelchair seat reservation, only cards that have been set to allow overseas phone payments can be used. Please note this when making a reservation.

▶ Wheelchair-accessible seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the name of the person making the reservation. If not, neither the reservation holder nor the guardian will be allowed entry.

▶ Wheelchair-accessible seats can be picked up on-site on the day of the performance after verifying your identity. To pick up the ticket, the person who made the reservation must bring their actual ID and disability registration card (or welfare card). If not, the ticket will not be picked up and the wheelchair-accessible seat cannot be used.

▶ Wheelchair-accessible seats are spaces without chairs, and only wheelchair users can use them. Even if you have a disability registration card (or welfare card), non-wheelchair users cannot use them. (For global wheelchair audiences, supporting documentation may be different from that required for domestic wheelchair audiences).

▶ You are solely responsible for any failure to check the wheelchair seat reservation and viewing criteria, and same-day ticket cancellations, refunds, or changes are not allowed.
