▶일반예매 : 2020년 02월 04일(화) 20시 (회당 1인 2매 예매 가능)

예매시 안내사항

∙ 본 공연은 전석 지정석으로 진행됩니다.

∙ 무대 구조물 혹은 난간에 의해 일부 시야 장애가 발생하는 좌석이 있을 수 있습니다.

∙ 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓 구매는 취소/환불이 불가능하며,

이로 인한 문제 발생 시 제작사와 예매처는 책임지지 않습니다.

∙ 수령한 모든 티켓은 분실, 파손 등 어떠한 사유로 재발권 되지 않으며,

티켓이 없을 경우 입장이 불가하오니 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

티켓배송 및 취소 안내

∙ 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매분은 일괄배송 됩니다.

∙ 2020년 2월 10일(월)까지 예매를 완료한 예매자에 한하여 2020년 2월 12일(수) 일괄배송으로만 진행되며,

이후 예매하시는 분들에 한해 현장 수령이 가능합니다.

∙ 티켓이 배송 된 이후에는 인터넷 취소가 불가하며,

배송 받으신 실물 티켓을 티켓링크 본사로 반송, 접수가 완료된 이후에 취소가 가능합니다.

∙ 취소 및 반송 문의는 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 이용하시기 바랍니다.

∙ 예매 마감 이후, 공연 당일에는 모든 티켓의 취소 및 환불이 불가하니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

티켓 분실 관련 안내사항

[Ticket Opening Schedule]

▶ General Ticket-Reservation: February 4 (Tue) 2020 8:00pm (2 tickets available per person for each show)

[Guidelines for Reservation]

∙ Whole seats are designated.

∙ Some seats may be blocked from viewing the stage partially due to the structure of the venue.

∙ The fake or improperly acquired tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, and the producer or seller is not responsible for any disputes caused by the unofficial purchase of the tickets.

∙ Please be careful of keeping your ticket because the ticket issued once cannot be reissued, and you cannot enter the venue without the ticket.

[Ticket Delivery and Cancellation]

∙ To avoid crowdedness at the ticket booth on the event day, initial reserved tickets are delivered on a comprehensive basis only.

∙ The comprehensive delivery starts on February 12(Wed), 2020 for those who have reserved the tickets until February 10(Mon), 2020, and those who reserve the tickets afterward can receive the tickets at the ticket booth on the event day.

∙ The tickets cannot be cancelled on the internet after the delivery. The tickets can be cancelled after the real tickets are returned to Ticket Link HQ and confirmed its receipt.

∙ Please contact Ticket Link Customer Service Center(1588-7890) for any inquiries about the ticket cancellation or returning.

∙ Please be aware that the cancellation and refund is not possible after the closing of reservation/cancellation period, or on the event day.

∙ Please check the regulations about the cancellation and refund for Ticket Link before you request for cancellation or refund.

[Loss of the tickets]

∙ You must secure the tickets safely as the delivered tickets are not issued again when lost.

Please set the delivery spot you can receive the tickets safely (home or workplace) and request special care to the delivery person and your substitute for careful receipt and keeping.

∙ Without the real tickets, even the purchaser cannot enter the venue or reissue the ticket with reservation confirmation slip, deposit approval sheet, credit card receipt, etc.

[Ticket Booth Operation]

∙ On the event day, the ticket booth is operated from 2 hours before the show to 30 minutes after the show started.

∙ When you receive the tickets at the ticket booth, please hold your ID card and reservation information (including reservation information in the mobile app) to verify yourself.

* What are the ID cards to verify yourself?

- Residence card, student ID card, passport, driver’s license, Alien Registration Cardetc.

∙ Once delivered tickets cannot be reissued due to any reason such as ticket loss or damage, so please take care of keeping your tickets safe.
