**Precautions for Purchase of Tickets**
Tickets for the 2026 HZX 1st fanmeeting
Tickets transferred from another person or purchased at an additional cost without going through a designated reservation center cannot be canceled or refunded.
In addition, we would like to inform you that the parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by this, and there is no responsibility for the concert host/organization and the booking office.
Unauthorized ticket transactions are being monitored by our company and may be canceled without prior notice by the authority of the host/organization.
We ask for your voluntary cooperation.
- Ticket Open: December 22, 2025 (Mon) 20:00 (KST)
- Restriction on purchase: 2 tickets per person per episode
- This concert is open to audiences aged 8 and above. Anyone under the age requirement will not be admitted, regardless of ticket possession or whether accompanied by a guardian.
Please take this into consideration when making a reservation. (No admission for preschoolers)
- Ticket pickup and admission by anyone other than the original ticket holder are strictly prohibited. Please make sure to reserve tickets under the name of the actual attendee.
- Cancellation, change, or refund of tickets can only be made at the reservation place within the fixed period, and the cancellation fee will be reflected at the prescribed rate of the reservation place.
- Changes or refunds are not allowed after the ticket reservation and cancellation deadline and the day of the concert.
- Wheelchair seat reservations are available by phone only through the TICKETLINK Customer Center.
- To receive a wheelchair seat ticket, you must bring your physical ID and disabled registration card (or welfare card), and you cannot enter if you do not have it on hand.
- Wheelchair seats are seats without chairs and are only available to audiences who use wheelchairs, and even if they have a disabled registration card (or welfare card), those who do not use wheelchairs are not allowed to use them.
